My application was canceled/denied, but I believe I qualify for an exception. Who can I speak with about this?

Applicants were each given 30 days to appeal decisions and unfortunately, that period has passed for all applicants. Additionally, the Program has distributed all of the one-time federal funding available for homeowner grants and will not receive any additional assistance.
